Today I’m going to talk about wether its cream then jam or jam then cream on scones.
JAM THEN CREAM is harder to spread but tastes nicer
CREAM THEN JAM easier to spread but taste worse
what do you think?
The scone debate: jam first or cream first? … Those from Devon traditionally put the cream on the scone first then the jam, while the Cornish prefer the jam first then the cream. Some argue it’s because of tradition, some say it’s because of taste while others think the ‘wrong way’ is downright illegal.
One day while homeschooling, Tee went to get her coronavirus mask when she found a stack of letters with her name on them.
Hey Tee, it’s me mummy mask [the mask with the tie dye]. We need to talk. You make me work so much harder than the other masks. All year long I sit on your
face protecting you but do I get protected NO, NO I DON’T!!! I NEED A REST!!!
Your very over worked mask
Deer Tee, its daddy mask here[the Mike Wazowski mask], All right, PAY ATTENTION. I love that I’m your favourite mask for going to socially distanced street parties but you need to stop spilling juice on me if you don’t I’m going to… COMPLETELY LOOSE IT.
Your very neat friend,
Dear Tee, its sister mask here [the plain blue one from the hospital]
I’m tired of being called “the hospital mask” and never being worn. I’m always at the bottom of the drawer. If I am lucky you will take me to the supermarket.
Your hospital friend
Its me baby mask [the one with a pikachu face] I’m so tired. Whenever you go see family you always were me how about you use me for a smaller trip like maybe to the garden and give me a break from the longer journeys?
Your very tired friend
Well poor Tee just wanted to be safe … and of course she wanted her masks to be happy and that gave her an idea
kit list: tie dye [you can get kits off amazon], rubber bands, gloves and a white piece of clothing.
Step one] damp your piece of clothing in water
Step two] for this piece I’m making a spiral. if you want to make a spiral stick a fork in the middle and twist it adding rubber bands. you could do other techniques crumpled where you crumple it and put dye all over the top or stripes fold the into pleats use elastic bands to make sections and put the dye in the sections.
step three] put in the dye make sure to be wearing rubber gloves, to do it in a bucket and make sure if you’re doing it in the house that the surfaces are covered. Protect your clothes. Also if you have got a kit fill the bottle up up to the top until the powder has dissolved.
step four] put the shirt in a plastic bag for five to eight hours. I use multiple so the dye dosen’t get every where.
step five] wearing the protective gloves take the shirt out of the bag and remove any rubber bands. Rinse the shirt with cold water.
step six] Put your shirt in the washing on a cold cycle without putting in any detergent only put in one item at a time so the colours don’t transfer.
